Toss Scotland win toss, bowl vs West Indies
Scotland have won the toss and elected to field first in their T20 World Cup clash with West Indies at Headingley.
West Indies welcome back allrounder Chinelle Henry, who missed their first-up victory over New Zealand after she was injured during the warm-up match against Australia, and experienced former captain Stafanie Taylor. Zaida James and Shawnisha Hector make way in the XI.
West Indies also celebrated the experience of star allrounder Deandra Dottin before the match, presenting her with a shirt to mark her 150th T20I on Thursday.
Scotland will take in an unchanged side from the one which beat Ireland in their tournament opener.
Play was set to begin in overcast, humid conditions on the same pitch which staged yesterday’s double-header where Australia defeated Bangladesh and India beat Netherlands.
